    “I travel an hour and a half for Sheena’s class because I believe it is the most exciting part of my week!

    Whether you are doing breathing exercises or yoga poses Sheena believes in you even when you don't! Her calm and loving nature flows through very clearly in her teachings. 

    Sheena's taught me to do things that I thought I'd never be able to do due to the back problems that I was born with.

    After leaving her classes you will be reminded about what it feels again to be at peace with those around you (and more importantly yourself). You’ll feel relaxed, full of energy and ready to seize the day!”

    “I decided to start yoga to lose weight - I never thought for a minute it could help me in the way it has.

    Before yoga I struggled with bad relationships which left me with a lot of anger that I kept to myself for so long. 

    I used to get panic attacks when I was stressed - I had the feeling  that something bad was going to happen and not knowing what it was used to make me feel sick. I hated the feeling of being enclosed in a confined space and I would worry everyday about travelling to work on a packed train.

    Now because of my amazing teacher Sheena, I am slowly overcoming my fears. I wake up in the morning and my mind is clear - I no longer worry and I just feel calm. My anger has completely faded and I am so much happier now!”

    Sheena’s so friendly and radiates positivity throughout the session. She's always willing to help you if you find anything difficult, as well as keeping you motivated and enabling you to stretch your ability.

    I am always excited to try new poses, and I often find that I am capable of doing more than I initially thought. By the end of each class I always feel refreshed and amply positive and I cannot wait till the next one!”
