About me
Hey there, I’m Sheena, a Yoga Teacher and Life Coach
I am so honoured and excited to share The Empowered Yogi with you! This program is so close to my heart and soul because of the massive impact the tools and teachings I’m going to share with you have had in my own life.
Back in 2010 I was an undergraduate student at Warwick University struggling daily with anxiety and depression.
Years of being called a ‘spazz’, being made fun of and told no one would want to marry me because of my knee condition left my self-esteem so low that I didn’t even have the confidence to do basic things like ask a waiter for salt in a restaurant.
I felt like I didn’t fit in anywhere, my life lacked meaning and for many years my low self worth held me back at work and in relationships. I hit rock bottom and I decided it was time for me to let go of my past and create the life I really wanted.
For years I dedicated myself to working on my mindset, facing my fears and making a million choices outside my comfort zone that I prayed would somehow lead me to the right path.
It wasn't always easy, and there were lots of days where I doubted myself, I cried and I felt like giving up. But I kept trying and investing in my growth and little by little things started to turn around around.
Today I’m happily married, I successfully run my own business, and I spend my days doing what I love - helping women like you to rise above your limiting beliefs, follow your heart and achieve things you never dreamed possible.
I created The Empowered Yogi to help you discover that no matter what your past has been like, you have everything you need within you to create the future YOU dream of.

This is a live 12 week group coaching program starting on Friday 21st January 2022.
It’s made up of 6 self study modules (18 videos in total) and a live group Q&A coaching call every 2 weeks. In each module you’ll also get an accompanying workbook that you can fill in, guided meditation, affirmations and a 45 minute yoga video.
Upon joining you’ll also join my private Facebook community of Empowered Yogis where you can ask me questions anytime and get my help and support from me and the other incredible women in the course.

I want your Empowered Yogi journey to be fun, and I have designed the course in a way that will cover a lot of content in depth but without you feeling overwhelmed or stressed. In fact, the first module itself will give you some valuable tips on how to improve your productivity and remain calm and grounded in everything you do.
I would recommend setting aside about 3 hours per module to watch through the module training videos and go through the workbook exercises. And don’t worry if anything unexpected happens during the course and you feel like you’re falling behind -
You get 2 years access to all the module training videos. Q&A call recordings and yoga videos after the course finishes, and lifetime access to the meditations, affirmations and workbooks - so you have plenty of time to go through all the content and revisit the teachings time and time again!

The live coaching calls will take place every other Sunday at 11 am (starting from 30th January 2022). Don’t worry if you miss these, you will have plenty of opportunities to submit your questions in advance on the call and you will be able to access the call recording afterwards.

Absolutely! I’ve designed the yoga classes in this course to be mixed ability so that whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will get a good workout.
I give detailed instructions for all the foundational poses in the first module so as long as you are generally fit and healthy should be able to join in easily. Each module builds on the previous week to help you challenge yourself further, and by the end of the course you will learn how to do more advanced yoga poses included Wheel Pose and Baby Crow.
The best thing about having access to the course for 2 years is you can keep replaying each video and practicing your poses until you feel ready to go onto the next one!
If you do have any medical conditions / health concerns / injuries please check with your GP if it is ok for you to practice Yoga before participating in the yoga classes in this course. Please note the yoga classes in this course are not suitable for pregnancy.
