Retreat Itinerary

🙏 10.00 am - 10.30 am

We'll start the day with an intention setting ceremony to help you clear your mind, open your heart and anchor yourself in the present moment..

🧘🏻‍♀️ 10.30 am - 12.00 pm

I'll guide you through a Vinyasa yoga flow, a breath-work session and full body relaxation that will leave you feeling calm, centred and grounded within yourself.

🍽️ 12.00 pm - 1.00 pm

You’ll then enjoy a delicious healthy vegan / vegetarian lunch in the OMNOM ‘Enlightened Eating’ restaurant with your fellow yogis.

💫 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm

After lunch I’ll lead you through some inspirational workshops and journalling sessions. These will give you the spiritual wisdom and tools to live a happy, balanced and successful life as an enlightened yogi in the modern world..

3.00 pm - 4.00 pm

We will close with a period of quiet reflection, an abundance meditation and some herbal teas. You will leave feeling peaceful, recharged and ready to step back into the world with a smile on your face! 😌

FAQ’s

  • The yoga will be mixed ability, so whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years you are welcome to come! If you have health concerns or medical conditions that could affect your yoga practice please check with me beforehand if this retreat is suitable for you. Please note that the yoga class is not suitable for pregnancy.

  • Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided so please just bring yourself and perhaps a warm blanket or jumper in case you need it.

  • Yes a full vegetarian lunch and soft drink will be provided (with vegan options available). Herbal teas will be also be available throughout the day.

    If you have any allergies please let me know when you book so I can inform the restaurant in advance.

    P.S : Did you know that for every meal served at OmNom’s restaurant, OmNom will feed a child in the developing world a hot, healthy, nutritionally balanced meal. It’s one of the reasons I chose it as our venue for this retreat.
