The Venue

The retreat will take place at West Lexham - a beautiful 21 acre eco-friendly paradise in Norfolk that’s just a 2.5 hour drive from London (and also easily accessible by train!).

With its enchanting wildlife, Japanese zen garden, Boho-chic barn, luxury accommodation & heated outdoor swimming pool – it’s got everything you need to switch off from the world and immerse yourself in a sanctuary of peace.

Daily Yoga & Meditation

Friday evening : A dreamy candle-lit yoga class on arrival day to help you unwind and get the best night’s sleep.

Saturday morning: A rejuvenating yoga class outdoors outdoors (weather permitting) that will leave you feeling calm & grounded within.

Sunday morning : An uplifting & energising yoga class outdoors that will leave you feeling empowered in your mind and body (weather permitting).

Delicious Vegetarian Food

You’ll enjoy a variety of delicious vegetarian & vegan food throughout the retreat that will be freshly prepared by our private chef Julia and her team!

There will also be plenty of teas, coffees, and fresh fruits available for you to help yourself to at any time you wish during your stay.

The chefs are very accommodating and most dietary requirements can be catered for.

Free-time to Relax

There will be periods of free-time between activities for you to explore the beautiful West Lexham grounds and do whatever your heart desires!

You can meditate in the Japanese zen garden 🪷, go for a swim 💦, paddle boat in the lake 🛶, play a board game with a fellow retreat attendee 🎲, or simply read a book 📚 and enjoy a nice cup of tea! ☕

The Barn & Accommodation

The West Lexham Barn has been hired exclusively for our use during the retreat weekend and has an indoor yoga hall, a private garden, a lounge area and accommodation.

There are
9 luxury en-suite rooms, 7 double occupancy & 2 triple occupancy, each of which has its own rustic charm and modern twist.

The double occupancy rooms can be arranged either with twin beds or with a super-king bed.

Wi-fi, linen, towels and organic soap are provided in all the rooms.

Valentines Weekend Special Offer is valid until midnight on Sunday Feb 2025.

A non-refundable deposit of £300 per person is required to secure the room at the discounted rate, and acts as a down-payment towards the room.

The remaining balance is due on or before Sunday 18th May 2025 (payment plans are available upon request).

OPTION 1 : SINGLE PERSON BOOKING

OPTION 2 : BRING A FRIEND BOOKING

I am coming with a friend or family member and would like to book a twin / super-king room for myself and one other person to share.

About Sheena

Sheena is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher who cares deeply about helping her students become spiritual warriors both on and off their yoga mat.

Yoga came into her life when she was 19 years old, and played a big part in helping her heal from depression, and preventing her from needing to undergo a second major knee operation (without which doctors had warned she could end up in a wheelchair by age 30).

Sheena’s mission is to help spread the power of yoga & spiritual wisdom through her classes & retreats - and she is honoured to have been shortlisted for three Om Yoga Awards last year : Favourite Yoga Teacher, Favourite Retreat, and Favourite Yoga Teacher Trainer.

She was also selected as a finalist for a SHE Award in the Health & Fitness category, in recognition of her commitment to empowering others to strengthen both their mind and body through yoga.

Her work has been featured in prominent publications including Om Yoga Magazine, Women’s Fitness Magazine, and Lots of Yoga, and she hopes to continue help as many people as she can to reconnect to their soul & discover their true purpose through yoga.

FAQs

  • Please arrive between 5-6pm on Friday 4th July.

    Once you’ve arrived you will be shown your room, and then can make your way into the barn living room for tea & refreshments.

    Dinner will start at 6.30 pm, followed by our opening circle and candlelit yoga at 8.00 pm.

    The retreat will finish after lunch at 2 pm on Sunday 6th July 2025.

  • If you're feeling a bit anxious about coming alone, please know that it’s completely natural to feel this way and from the moment you arrive, I will do everything we can to help you feel comfortable & settle in right away!

    One of the best things about retreats like this is the chance to connect with like-minded people - and many people have come to my retreats alone, and left having made some really beautiful friendships.

    In the weeks leading up to the retreat, I‘ll create a WhatsApp group so that you can get to know your fellow retreat attendees, and you will see how kind and friendly everyone is.

  • A retreat packing will be sent to you three weeks before the retreat.

    But mainly just clothes you feel comfortable to do yoga in, swimwear if you fancy dipping your feet in the pool, a notebook & pen, books you may wish to read, and any medications you need.

    Yoga mats are provided at the venue, but I recommend bringing your own along with a meditation cushion if you like using one.

  • All meals at the retreat will be vegetarian, with vegan options available. If you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements, please let me know before booking, and I’ll check with our chef to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

  • If one person in a shared room decides to cancel while the other wants to go ahead, the following options are available:

    1. If the person who booked the room needs to cancel:

      This person is still responsible for covering the full payment for the room per their initially requested option, as set out on this webpage and in accordance with the retreat terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

      This person can find someone else to fill their spot (if required) no less than one month prior to the retreat if agreed with Sheena, or the remaining participant(s) can choose to stay and switch to a single or double occupancy option (as applicable) and would be responsible for paying the single or double occupancy rate (as applicable).

      Any payment adjustments should be managed between the participants.

    2. If the roommate (who didn’t book the room) cancels:

      The original participant(s) can either find a replacement(s) or cover the single or double occupancy rate (as applicable) to keep the room.

  • Absolutely!

    The yoga classes are designed to be suitable for all levels, so you’ll be able to join in easily (as long as you have no existing injuries or medical conditions).
