1:1 yoga sessions with me are a beautiful way to start your yoga journey, or deepen your practice.

CLASS INFORMATION


What do the classes include?

The sessions can include a mixture of yoga poses and sequences, guided meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques, yoga philosophy teachings, chakra work, affirmations and journalling depending on your needs.


Where do the classes take place?

In your own home if you live within 15 minutes of Pinner.

Do you offer 1-1 pregnancy yoga classes?

Yes

How much are the classes?

£60 for a trial session
£450 for a set of 6 sessions
