Come and join me for a fun and relaxing 5 night retreat in Portugal!

This retreat will be the perfect opportunity to escape the cold UK weather, and enjoy a well deserved break in sunny Algarve that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and full of positive energy.

It will be so much more than just a normal holiday - it will deeply rejuvenate your mind and body, and help you rediscover what lights up your soul!

Imagine waking up to a beautiful view and starting your day with an energising morning yoga flow and a nourishing vegetarian breakfast made by our private chef.

You’ll then have some free-time to swim, head to the beach, have a massage, read a book, visit the local town for ice cream and shopping or even go kayaking!

In the evening you’ll come back to the villa for a sunset yoga flow and guided meditation to help you unwind before you enjoy a delicious 3 course meal for dinner!

After dinner there will be a little group ‘satsang’ (yoga philosophy talk) with plenty of gems of spiritual wisdom for you to reflect on, and we’ll end the night chatting by the fire-pit with a cup of tea!

We will be staying in a dreamy 9 bedroom villa in Algarve that is surrounded by two coastlines, a beautiful mountain range and stunning views.

The villa is reserved exclusively for us and includes :

The beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are also plenty of options for additional activities such as kayaking, massages and visits to the local town!

Rooms & Accommodation

There are are 9 en-suite rooms available at the private villa, each of which opens onto terraces that enjoy direct access to the pool and beautiful gardens.

The villa has spectacular panoramic views across open countryside to the sea, or to the Monchique Hills with amazing sunrises and sunsets.

All the rooms have Wifi, as well as a safe, a fan and a mini-fridge.

  • Oceanview or Poolside Twin & Double rooms

    Early bird rates until 5th July 2024 :

    OPTION 1 : Book your space in a twin room and I will pair you up with a yogi of the same gender to share the room with : £995

    OPTION 2 : Book a twin / double room with a friend : £945 per person

    DEPOSIT:

    The deposit acts as a down-payment for your room, and the remaining payment is due by 31st August 2024.

  • Penthouse Room with 4 single beds (1 available)

If you are booking multiple retreat spaces, a non-refundable £250 deposit is required for each person.

Dinner and a light snack is provided on the arrival day, and breakfast is provided on the departure day. Water, tea, coffee and fresh fruit is available throughout the retreat.

Recommended Flights

Free airport transfers are included if you book the recommended flights listed. It takes approximately 1 hour to get from Faro Airport to the retreat venue.

Check in is from 4pm on Saturday 19th October, and check out is by 12 pm on Thursday 24th October, so the flight timings listed work well. 

There are quite a few other flight options available so do feel free to do some research and figure out what works best for you overall.

If you want to book a different flight you are most welcome to do so - private transfers can be arranged for you from Faro airport to the venue at an additional cost.

FAQ’s

  • We will have a private chef catering for our retreat. Delicious, healthy vegan and vegetarian breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be provided for you throughout the retreat (exlcuding the arrival and departure day).

    Light refreshments and dinner will provided on the arrival day, and breakfast will be provided on the departure day.

    There will also be unlimited fruits, teas and coffees provided during your stay.

    If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please let me know when you make your booking. The chef is very accommodating and almost all allergies and dietary requirements can be catered for.

  • One of the wonderful things about going on a retreat like this is that you get to connect with like-minded people who share your values and are on the same journey of self-discovery that you are.

    If you have been feeling a little bit afraid of coming to this retreat alone, please know that you will be surrounded by some of the kindest, most beautiful humans on the planet and made to feel very welcome from the moment you arrive.

  • Don’t worry, the yoga will be suitable for all levels and you will be able to join in easily (assuming you have no prior injuries or medical conditions).

    If you do have any injuries or medical conditions that you’re concerned could affect your yoga practice or are pregnant, please contact me to check if this retreat will be suitable for you before booking your place.

  • If you cancel your space more than 6 months prior to the retreat, you will be refunded 75 % of your remaining room fee (excluding the non-refundable £250 deposit).

    If you cancel your space 3-6 months prior to retreat you will be refunded 50% of your remaining room fee (excluding the non-refundable £250 deposit).

    Please note that if you cancel your space less than 3 months prior to the retreat, no refund will be provided.

    If you are able to find another person to fill your spot up to 1 month prior to the retreat, I will refund you the cost of your room payment. Please note that I reserve the right to accept or decline alternative attendees.

    As I am a small business and I have to uphold my commitments to my own suppliers, unfortunately I am not able to make any exceptions to this refund and cancellation policy, not even for personal emergencies.

    For this reason I strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself against illness, emergencies and changes in your circumstances.

  • Norfolk Retreat

    Join me for a peaceful weekend yoga retreat in the beautiful Norfolk countryside! The retreat will include yoga, meditation, nature walks, self-discovery workshops, nourishing food and free-time to relax and unwind. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and meet like minded people.

  • Yoga Classes

    Join me for weekly yoga classes that will help you let go of stress, and leave you feeling calm, empowered and strong in your mind and body. Classes take place on Monday and Thursday evenings in Hatch End.
