Did you know that the word ‘Yoga’ comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Yug’, meaning ‘Unity’? Given this, you can imagine how blessed I felt to be starting my Valentines day doing Chi Kri Yoga with my students (yes, that’s them in the pictures)! Since November 2014, I have had the privilege of teaching Chi Kri Yoga & Meditation to a group of wonderful 11-16 year old students at Whitmore High School to help them stay calm and confident throughout their studies.
